Today sees the arrival of a number of VIP'S, who are visiting the cadets during training. However it's raining again so the gortex's have been donned and the journey begun!
2 Sector are today testing their problem solving skills on a series of command tasks in camp.
The basic Cadre have also donned their gortex and webbing to enjoying a set of fieldcraft stands on the area. These will introduce them to the fundamental skills needed for their camp out tonight.
1 Sector are finishing their fieldcraft exercise and moving into camp for their 'degunge' and admin period. There's lots of cam cream to be washed off those faces!
3 Sector are continuing their fieldcraft exercise and have been joined on the area by JCIC who will be spending a busy 24 hours working on the area. Although the rain wasn't dampening their enthusiasm this morning as the CEO well knows.
With the fieldcraft exercises nearly completed for all Sectors, the cadets will be able to enjoy a few more of the camps excellent facilities in the days before heading home.
Time has been flying by and we're sure the remaining four days will be over before we realise...and the cadets can enjoy a well deserved rest on the coach journey home.
